Refund policy

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on hot sauce purchases. However, we want you to have the best experience possible! If there is an issue, we're happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your hot sauce arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please email us at devisdab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A photo of the shipping box (if applicable)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we will do our best to help.
